To rent a car, you must have at least a 3-year valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old for economy group cars, at least 25 years old for medium group cars, and at least 28 years old with a 5-year valid driver’s license for luxury group cars.

The minimum rental duration is 3 days.

A credit card registered in your name is required to rent a car. It will be requested at the vehicle delivery office.

The validity of insurance is void if no traffic accident, theft, or alcohol report is presented, or if the vehicle is used under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or exceeds the legal speed limits. Breakage of glass, mirrors, and headlights, as well as tire punctures and damage caused by user errors, are not covered by insurance. The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused by accidents up to the deductible amount specified in the insurance policy.

For someone other than the renter to drive the vehicle, their driver’s license information must be included in the rental agreement, and an additional driver fee must be paid. If this is not followed or an accident occurs, all guarantees will be invalid, and both the renter and the driver will be jointly and separately responsible.
